Mobilizing youth to work to their potential through hands-on and interactive programming that aim to strengthen youth from single-parent families and underserved communities and youth with learning disabilities through tutoring, leadership development, mentoring, and advocacy.

OUR PROGRAMS
Stay Focused Football & Cheerleading Camp
Serves as a vehicle for building athletic skills and fostering positive academic and social skills through sport. This is a platform for student athletes in the Washington Metropolitan community to share best practices in sport and education while receiving skill development from a host of local, national and professional athletes and coaches. The targeted age group is youth between the ages of 12 to 15.

Afterschool Enrichment Programs
A series of initiatives that are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children through professionally supported long-term programming activities in the Washington Metropolitan (Maryland & District of Columbia), Greater Cleveland (Ohio) and Charlotte (North Carolina) areas. Enrichment programming includes tutorial programs to workshops and interactive lessons in academic strands ranging from social sciences to the arts.

Chalk Talk
An initiative focused on fostering the development of student self awareness. Through 30-minute interactive “rap sessions”, this forum for dialogue between guest speakers offers youth participants an opportunity to pose questions about preparing for their futures, while volunteers offer strategies for setting goals for the future by sharing their expertise, insight and experiences. Guest speakers include community leaders, industry professionals as well as athletes and entertainers.

College Literacy & Access
An initiative committed to creating programs and activities that provide opportunities to learn about the college planning process. Through a series of strategic and hands on activities, assistance in the development of college bound and college ready students is provided to local school districts throughout the Midwest and Eastern Seaboard.  he initiative includes an annual college preparation week, college tours, workshops and scholarship opportunities.
